LIBERATING UNDERSTANDING

As the liberating knowledge or understanding has been covered in the sections about the four truths of awakening, this step of the path doesn't need to be addressed any further except to say this: To proceed on the path of liberation, which is the fourth truth, you need to acknowledge the first three truths as true--not because they are said to be "truths" but because they resonate with something within your experience you know to be true. You don't need profound realization of the truths, just recognition that your experience of the internet contains a great deal of dissatisfaction and suffering, that the cause of this is craving for completion in the internet, and that there would be peace if this craving for completion did not exist. 

That being said, having begun already with understanding, let us proceed to the liberating intentions.
